Smith & Garratt have acknowledged expertise with heritage property, regularly working on listed buildings and Scheduled Monuments. We deliver works to historic buildings – from the design stage and obtaining statutory consents to budgeting, procurement and supervision of delivery.

With 25 years of planning consultancy experience in both England and Scotland, Smith & Garratt are experts in town and country planning. We look after our clients’ interests, working through the development process to ensure the very best outcomes are achieved.

We survey and value property – residential, non-residential, agricultural, development land and buildings of all ages and in all states of repair or disrepair.
